Jesse is the Founder and lead Project Designer of The Adaptive Design Co.. His passion for design stems from his life-long obstacles of navigating the built environment as a person with disabilities. Jesse remains dedicated to breaking barriers in the field of interior and architectural design using evidence based research for all of his design intents. Jesse is ARE eligible with the title “Intern Architect” and in preparation to sit for all 5 exams in becoming a licensed Architect.

Robert “Bob” Toot is a licensed Architect and the founder of Black Flag Building Workshop. He serves as an independent consultant and contributor to the vision and mission of the ADC.
